From a previous engagement that I worked at for 4 months with HP I heard of a script called collect.sh in which you could run and determine all patches on you system and find out if you needed any others. I am not sure where to get it though and how exactly it works. If anyone has this script, knows where I can get it and knows exactly what it does I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Is there a collect.sh script out there for collecting system patch info?
I think this has something to do with the Custom Patch Manager (CPM) that I think you locate from :.us-support2.external.hp.com
You may have to look around for it. There's a good bit of info on the IT Resource you may want to look over too.
You may also want to check out if there some options with Ignite-UX..possibly 'check_patches'. I've used this on an 11.0 system to get patch information when I had a problem recently with a kernel build.
Just a thought,
