Is this a HP Web Site Issue ..

Is this a HP Web Site Issue ..

Dear All ,

When do reply and click on submit button , the screen takes a lot of time and gives error message system unavailable .

But acutally most of the time (but not always ) the message will be still posted .

Is this a common problem with all ? or just some setting from my side ...

Hi,

If you are using from India, yes.. we are also facing this problem since past 3-4 months.

Yes, this is a recurring problem with the Forums and it is experienced by all. See the current Issues thread for continual complaints about it.

No I am using fom USA ..that means problem exists from India too right ...

Will HP look into this ?

Hopefully HP is looking into it already. We've begged for some confirmation of that fact but haven't received any news yet.

As per my message in the February issues thread, I have alerted the Administrators, and I am informed they are investigating

Hi Baiju

Thanks for bringing this up, I have been having this issue for quite sometime now. The best thing to do is after you hit submit hit the stop button the browser and hit submit again and it goes quick. Try this and let me know.

I used to do it , but some times you know it creates duplicate messages..

Hi BL,

I find that whenever submit clocks like that if you do a stop & an immediate submit it flashes right in.
But be careful - if the page bar at the bottom has started to fill in, you may get duplicate posts.

As this has been reported for some tim ein the February Issues thread, I think this should be closed.
As I have fed back, HP are looking into this
