This box crashed last night, possibly due to failed aircon and overheating. I booted it back up this morning (air con is fixed) HP were called out to look at this and say there are no reported hardware errors.
The box started to boot, then went to fsck ing all of the file systems. It has been doing this for nearly 3 hours.
I have asked storage for a total amount of Gb allocated to the box, but I am becoming concerned as to why this is taking so long. Can anyone give an idea of how long I should leave this for? how many minutes per Gb?
Thanks
Mark
