isee and queued
Hello, I just installed isee (downloaded from HP's site tonight), and I one question. I installed the depot file. Used a browser to update my contact info on port 5060, and then I am presented with a main status screen. I see 1 new incident named New Installation. When I click on that, the status says queued. Is this normal right after an installation? Do I need to give it a few hours to get out of the queue?

Installing and Configuring HP ISEE
Chapter 2 19
Installing and Configuring HP ISEE
After completing the pre-installation steps for the standard configuration described
in???Preparing to Install HP ISEE??? on page 12, you are ready to install HP ISEE on your
monitored clients.
Installing HP ISEE
To install HP ISEE, you must complete the following steps for each HP-UX 11.x server:
1. Log on as root on the monitored client.
2. Install the software on the server:
swinstall -s depot_location ISEEPlatform
During the installation, hardware and software prerequisites are verified, and an
e-mail is sent to root containing a URL for configuring the HP ISEE UI. This
information is also stored in a README file (/opt/hpservices/README).
3. Check the Software Distributor logs for errors after installing HP ISEE. If necessary,
take corrective action.
Configuring HP ISEE
To configure HP ISEE, complete the following steps:
NOTE For new installations, the browser will automatically redirect you to the Contact Options
window where you will configure HP ISEE.
1. Open the URL contained in the e-mail sent to root during the HP ISEE installation.
This starts the HP ISEE UI.
Or, start a browser and open it to the following URL:
http://ClientName:5060/start.html
where ClientName is the fully qualified name of the monitored system.
2. Enter admin for your user name and isee for your password if prompted by the
browser.
NOTE HP STRONGLY recommends changing your default user name and
password. For directions on changing your password see Changing Your Default
User Name and Password in chapter 3 on page page 26.
If HP ISEE is installed correctly, you will see a new incident called New
Installation (Figure 2-3), indicating that the installation was successful. The ???No???
under Attention Needed means that no action is required. This new incident informs
the HP Support Center that a new monitored server is configured to send incidents.
NOTE If you do not see the New Installation incident, call HP Support. The HP ISEE
installation has failed.
5. Repeat the above installation and configuration steps for each HP-UX 11.x
monitored client in your enterprise.
Changing Your Default Notification, Security, and Communication Values
You must configure the information provided in the Contact Options window (Figure 2-2
on page 20). Optionally, you can configure the notification, security, and the
communication default values as explained in this section; however, this is not
necessary.
