I've never heard of this controller.
Clearly the lbolt message shows a problem on the controller or one of the disks.
This can be caused simply by swapping out a not swap disk on the controller. If so it will go away at next boot.
If however it comes from any other source, its a serious problem that needs to be addressed.
It could be a lack of termination, bad cables, bad drive cage(if applicable), or bad disks.
I suppose powering off a SCSI device on the controller could also cause this problem, making it less serious.
