Issue with 11.31 Lunpath

Enviornment

HPUX Box connected to MSA and 11.31 is installed on the HPUX server.

Syslog Error messages...

Issue:
ISsue is that we have so many online and offiline messages and i am worried about that...
Any Ideas that how we can fix this?

Well first thing is did you check that the HBA is supported in 11.31? and if so is it at the correct firmware version?
What about teh firmware on the MSA, is that the latest?
Is it supported as Active/Active?
