IT OPS and MQSeries

I am new to the HP world and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in finding out if IT OPS will support MQSeries or not.

IT OPS will support any application.

There are MANY Ways to have ITO Monitor an application. Here are just a few:

1. You can monitor the Logfile for the Application. You can write updates to the logfile and ITO will monitor it and send all or any portion of the File which you need in the Browser.

2. You can write a monitor utility to monitor one or all of the daemons for MQ Series.

3. Utilize the proc_mon.sh script to provide simple Process monitoring.

4. Query the application via SNMP.

5. Integrate into the application the ability to send an opcmsg.

6. Integrate into the application the ability to send an opcmon.

These are but a few of the MANY means which are available to monitor ANY Application, even MQ Series.
