Hello,

Anyone out there have experience with the new itanium hardware running 11.x? Some questions:

-Do all third party vendors (oracle, mqseries, etc) support running on this architecture (I assume so since the OS is still 11.x)

-Do the 7620 or 8620 systems allow for hardware partitions that have NO single point of failure? Since they have the ability to have two core i/o and two backplanes I assume this is the case???
