ixExpress OpenLDAP Installation error

I've downloaded 3 times now the ixOpenLDAP depot to upgrade on our servers and am receiving errors:

ERROR: Read from serial depot file failed. No such file or directory (2).
ERROR: Read from serial depot file failed. No such file or directory (2).
ERROR: The file "/opt/iexpress/openldap64/libexec/slurpd" was not loaded because it is missing from the source media.
ERROR: Internal error. The directory "/opt/iexpress/openldap64/sbin"
is missing from the source media.

The full swagent.log file for the error is attached...

This is on HP-UX 11.11 and the depot I am trying to install is:
ixOpenLDAP_A.10.00-2.3.39_HP-UX_B.11.11_32_64.depot
