J6700 unable to install HP-UX 11.0

I've installed HP-UX 11i MTOE(2005 Sep.),but the user found the uncompatible with his application.The application is good with HP-UX 11.0. So I installed the HP-UX 11.0,but apperaed the error message"due to the wrong version of processor". After the installation of the HP-UX 11i on J6700 the firmware upgrade from the previous 1.6 to 2.0,is the problem due to the firmware upgrade?

Your version of the 11.0 Install CD is too old. There were several versions of the CD released as newer hardware became available. You'll need a CD with a date somewhere around 2005 or better.

just be aware that the 11.0 O/S is near end of support.....
