J7000 server : Reboot after panic: no room in virtual<->physical
I have a J7000 server running on HPUX 11.0 Recently the system is kept crashing. In the shudownlog file it reports :
14:44 Thu Jun 14 2001. Reboot after panic: usb: no room in virtual<->physical
lookup table for HC instance
Does anybody has any idea what does above message mean ?
Thanks in advance!

Re: J7000 server : Reboot after panic: no room in virtual<->physical
Looks like this has been fixed in PHKL_20478 s700_800 11.00 Cumulative USB Driver patch. Check out the description of this patch and you will find this string.
As this panic string is very unique, I don't think that a complete dump analysis is required.
