Both the sources for JDK and JRE can be found at:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/?frontpage-javaplatform
Just select the platform you intend to download for.

What you're looking for is a Java to native code compiler (I assume). Here are a few products that can do the job. I haven't used any of them so I can't recommend one over the other.
