java2 1.2.2 runtime and laserjet 1000 printing problems

i have a java2 1.2.2 application which normally prints its reports in landscape format on a printer. however the laserjet 1000 printer seems to insist on printing in portrait cutting off information.

any thoughts/solutions?

Which OS is trying to print to the LJ1000 ?

If it is HP-UX, you got the right forum. If not, try posting your question here: http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/CategoryHome/1,,10,00.html

If this is a UNIX defined printer queue, can you please let us know how it was defined ?
