Hi,
If you are interested, the replacement software for Jetadmin is HP Jetdirect Printer Installer for Unix. I have it on our 11.0 systems. It is very similar to Jetadmin. For us, the transition meant installing the new software and creating a link called jetadmin to the new start command. The software can be downloaded from:
ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software/HP11e118.SD.

It's probably those pesky mail admins. I know I used to be one.
They've more than likely set up a size rule delaying anything over XXXXKb to not deliver until after a prescribed time.
You might try to give them a call - sometimes they'll release it.
