JetAdmin - D.06.15 ? From where ?

I'm migrating a host and need a copy of JetAdmin D.06.15, and to my dismay I found JetAdmin has been discontinued.

Anyone know where I can find a copy to download version D.06.15 or greater ? No longer available from hp.com ... and I've lost all my CD's.

All help appreciated.
