I am new to JetAdmin and am wishing to configure a fleet of Laserjet Pro M404dn printers using configuration templates however this model is not listed in the list of models when creating a configuration template?

Re: JetAdmin Models Missing
Hi,
I'm going to assume you are talking about getting your printer working on HP-UX, as if not you are posting in the wrong forum.
If so then you shouldn't be talking about JetAdmin as that software is so old/deprecated it wasn't even Y2K compliant. I'm going to assume you are actually talking about the HP JetDirect Printer Installer for HP-UX:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-jd-printer-installer-for-hp-ux-10.x/27350
(don't worry about the fact it states it's for HP-UX 10.x - it works fine on 11.x as well)
If you have that installed then I'm pretty sure you have all the latest model scripts for HP Printers. HP stopped producing new ones a *long* time ago. Generally speaking most modern printers seem to work OK using the net_ljx000 model script. I think it comes with the printer installer, but if not, you can get it by following the link from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04222920

Re: JetAdmin Models Missing
reading your post again, it seems more likely to me that you are *not* trying to configure your printer on HP-UX systems and that you just want to configure a bunch of LaserJet printers remotely.
If so, you aren't just on the wrong forum page, but on the wrong company website! HP and HPE are seperate companies. HPE sells datacentre technology and services (servers, storage, networking etc.), HP sells consumer products and printers (PCs, Laptops, InkJet and Laser printers etc). If your question is really as you describe about "configure a fleet of Laserjet Pro M404dn printers using configuration templates", I suspect you would get a lot more joy posting your question in the hp.com support forums here:
