Re: Jetdirect support HP-UX 11.23 ?
Hi,
Can you tell us the way you do your installation, example, command you used, and the error message you get to analyse further ?

Re: Jetdirect support HP-UX 11.23 ?
Hi Leong,
Check the url below about 'setup, install, and configure - HP JD Printer Installer for HP-UX 11.x' :
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Resource.jsp?locale=en_US&taskId=115&prodSeriesId=27349&prodTypeId=18972
There's no patch needed for this installation, you just need to make sure that you download the completed one (the size around 3.6 MB).
Check this url below for other information :
http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_query=Jetdirect+Printer+Software&h_tool=prodhomes%2Csoftware&t=hp&x=13&y=9
It will give a clear idea for troubleshooting if you can give the details on the problem, eg. what's command that you've been used ? what's the error ? etc.
Hope this information can help you.
Cheers,
AW
