Jobs in queue not processed after export printer definitions using Jetadmin

Hi,
I had earlier transferred my old printer definitions using Jetadmin utility into a new box. Everything is working that is my lp scheduler is up and running and I could submit new print requests. I could even see the jobs in the queue for the respective printers. However the jobs do not come out and I had tried printing from another server, no problem with it. Only by deleting the printer and adding it again then will jobs be processed and get printed. Also remote printers are not affected. Only those printers with HP JetDirect print servers attached to it will face this problem. Can anyone provide any clues as to what is happening? Thanks
