We are installing Oracle financial system in our N class machine and I was asked to down load jre1.1.8.03. Where can I get it ?

Try looking here for the download, I can't get to it at the moment bu it should be here.

JRE1.1.8.03 is not the last version of this software.
so, if you can't get it through the Web site, go directly to the ftp server.
