I'm attaching the ts99 file due to a system crash. I'm suspecting system has been crash due to a faulty processor. However, we've been experiencing this issue within the last couple of months and HP has replaced the System Borad but the neither the FirmWare nor the PDC was updated?
Any body can advise or tell how to read this ts99 file.
10 point will be rewarded to good answers.
Appreciate your support.

Re: Just need more information!
HPMC Chassis Codes = 0xcbf0 0x5008 0x7d03 0x5408 0x5502 0xcbfb
If you have a crash dump, this may also help them. (/var/adm/crash)

Re: Just need more information!
Do you have any idea what does the HPMC codes mean or how to figure it out?
Offcourse the crash files will be send to be analyzed by HP. I'm getting alot of error running Q4 in my workstation. I might need to reinstall it.
Thanks

SolutionIt could be what you say, or it could be simply the absence of a necessary patch.
If my brain is working right(debatable today) there should be a crash dump.
If not, check your /etc/rc.config.d/savecrash file, make sure the option is set to 1(save crashes) and the location has enough space.
Here is the instructions for running q4 dump analysis, attached.
How ya been bud? Obviously busy.

Re: Just need more information!
I'm giving both of ya 10 points. Eventhought I'm sure someone in this furoms can read the codes but I wonder where is he at?
Nobody mentioned about updating either the firmware or the PDC after replacing the system board? Does it have to be updated?
Steven,
I've been busy for a while and studying for the HP-UX too. I passed the BrainBench one but I need more time before I go for the Vendor one.
Thanks for the good tips!!!
