But question? Does it give you a PDC error on the panel?

Then SEA IPL
to search for the bootable disks.
But seeing as that looks ok, (you get to ISL at some point) try looking in the service menu for AU
Use SL to view the Chassis logs.

Have you tried booting from that and checking your root disk to see if it's gone bad?
