Hi,

what versions of hp-ux do you have ? kcusage is not in 11.11

Re: kcusage statistcs

Check whether kernel monitoring is enabled using:

kcalarm -m status

If its not enabled you can turn it on using:

kcalarm -m on

If it's enabled but not collecting data you can check if it has been having a problem by looking at the EMS registrar log file (the EMS registrar is responsible for intermittently running kcmond which logs the data for kcusage)

Look in the log:

/etc/opt/resmon/log/api.log
