kermit via LAN console
Hi
Some times I needed to have a tool or a useful script in an isolated node (due to lan failures), then I thought of kermit.
I'm trying to transfer files from an HP-UX node to another HP-UX node via the remote console of the 2nd node by means of kermit.
The problem is sometimes the transfer hangs and I don't know why. The tests of kermit transfer from node to node via LAN worked fine but in the case of LAN console hangs some times, maybe, due to its special features... ??
Is there any specific guide or specific remarks in a kermit guide about this?
Thanx in advance
