I am searching the HP developer solution site for info. We've found quite abit of device driver info there - nice site folks!
Now - my question is - where/how do I get hold of the Kernel and device driver resource kits for developers?
I see a reference to these on the developer site - but can't find them. I've checked the software site - perhaps a CD or kit to purchase. Can't find it there either.
thanks in advance,
Ken :)

You probably want to look at the following site:

Re: Kernel and device developer resources
Maybe I'm all wet or just plain blind. Could someone reply with the link to actually order the DDK or download the ddk?
I need the DDK for hp10.20 and hp11.11
I'm sooooo sorry for being a pain in the butt on this one .. but the DDK links in the resource sites seem to lead you in circles....
Thanks in advance...
Ken :)

Re: Kernel and device developer resources
In the second link I gave you there is the following paragraph:
Where and how can I get the DDK?
The DDK is available on HP DSPP web site. See the Developing Device Drivers topic page. To get a CD media of the DDK, please contact us.
I would suggest you to click on the contact us link to send an email, and ask for some more details on this program:
http://dsportal.eservices.hp.com/dspp/fback/fback_SendFeedback_IDX/1,1291,10,00.html
The other solution would be to click on the DSPP and register on that site then click on the developing device drivers topic:

Re: Kernel and device developer resources
thanks for all your help.
I went to the DSPP site and registered. The DDK is still not available for download - or I'm just blind or dumb beyond recovery.
I went the 'contact us' route.... I'm not sure how long it will take to get a response from this... I just want to get going on this and stop chasing the DDK :)
Can any of younz contact me via email to arrange getting the DDK CD for 10.20 and 11.x? I don't mind paying for them if there is a fee....
thanks again-

Re: Kernel and device developer resources
I'm in class Monday, but I could try finding you somebody to call you and find the right resource to contact you.
Could you email me your coordinate to luc_bussieres@hp.com.
