kernel can't read...

i have a k server,and i found some messages as following :
kernel can't read ,host process disconnected-1567
kernel can't read ,host process disconnected-xxxx
kernel can't read ,host process disconnected-xxxx

what does this mean ?

This might happen when the client closes the connection.
Might be a timeout value on the server disconneting the sessions or the client closes the connection session process.
