Kernel Interfaces to enable and disable kernel preemption on IA

I would like to know the Kernel Interfaces available on IA architecture to disable and enable Kernel Preemption. On PA I found the interfaces, SPLNOPREEMPT (to disable preemption) and SPLPREEMPTOK (to enable preemption). Kindly let me know what are the equivalent kernel interfaces to disable and enable kernel preemption on the IA platform. I need them on HP-UX 11.23 and HP-UX 11.31. Kindly let me know.
