Hello All,

I found the following messages in one of systems syslog.log

1. Jun 11 21:30:51 abcd1234 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper: gvid_him_cons(gvid_him_cons): _load returned error 13.
2. Jun 11 21:30:51 abcd1234 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper: gvid_him_fgl(gvid_him_fgl): _load returned error 13.
3. Jun 11 21:30:51 abcd1234 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper: drmfgl(drmfgl): _load returned error 13.
4. Jun 11 21:30:51 abcd1234 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper: drmfglrx(drmfglrx): _load returned error 13.

For the following message,

Jun 11 21:30:51 abcd1234 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper: gvid_him_fgl(gvid_him_fgl): _load returned error 13.

I found the following explanation

When the system has one node in an “Unclaimed” state in the IO tree, and has at least one MISC type of DLKM module, execution of the insf command in the
presence of certain types of DLKMs (for example, some Graphical modules on a system) results in the following messages in syslog/dmesg output:
Jul 30 13:32:23 gold76 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper:
gvid_him_fgl(gvid_him_fgl): _load returned error 13.
Jul 30 13:32:23 gold76 vmunix: MOD: mod_load_helper:
gvid_him_rad(gvid_him_rad): _load returned error 13.
(Where gvid_him_fgl and gvid_him_rad are names of the DLKM modules.)

PHCO_31580 is already present in the system.

Kindly let me know how to fix this.
