kernel parameter
Hi to all
I'm creating a mail server on an L class with hpux 11i and sendmail.
It will be access fron 1000-1500 users, which kernel parameter are better increase/decrease for the best performance?
where I can find same information about this question?

The parameters that could cause you problems are maxusers and maxuprc. You probably don't need as much 'shmmax' but this is a guide only.
Below is from one our servers, that runs many users. Also be careful of the 'dbc_max_pct' parameter. Make sure that it is in the range of 300-500Mb or your total RAM. Also check out this link:
