At what path kernel version has been located in hpux.

kernel is located under /stand

its name would be vmunix

static part of the kernel is at /stand/vmunix,
dynamic part depends of the version
11iv1 /stand/dlkm
11iv2 or 11iv3 /stand/current ( /stand/vmunix is a hard link to /stand/current/vmunix
