My opinion is that this card has broken chip controlling BNC interface. It can occur if BNC cable and connected hosts are not properly grounded

try something simple like swapping out the patch cable on the offending card.
Also, HP-UX will NOT tolerate two NIC cards on the same network mask.
If you are trying to do port aggregation or something like that you need to purchase optional software from HP.
