hi fellows ,

this logs coming silmultenoiusly in syslogs
so pls guide me what will be problem .It is h/w problem or os problem

I think this is caused by your network card and your switch being out of whack.
"This problem has been known to occur when
the switch is incorrectly set to 100 full
duplex on all interfaces, which causes packets larger than 1500 MTU to be sent to the 100BT HSC interface.
We recommend that you reset the switch to
half duplex, which would put it into alignment with network interface cards."

Could you cite the reference for that - from the snippets posted it makes almost no sense to me and I wonder if additional context might help.

can you sent a ping to your default gateway?
is so create a bigger package sise and see when it failes?
ps is the interface working?
