Re: Lanboot failes on dbprofile -PXE-E16: Valid PXE offer not received

Definitely a serious problem here between the bootloader, EFI, or VMavio. I have not seen this before.

I would check
- version of VM running
- firmware/EFI version

If you have an HP support contract, I would contact them on this. Could be a known problem.

Re: Lanboot failes on dbprofile -PXE-E16: Valid PXE offer not received

Just to be certain, is the subnet mask in testprofile supposed to be 255.255.0.0? That seems to be a rather large subnet and I was wondering if Server IP address: 10.247.12.42 is actually in the same link-level broadcast domain as Client IP address: 10.247.204.104.

Also, in the deep dark past, my dimm, bit-error prone wetware memory recalls something about EFI driver updates for the dual-port PCI-X GbE NICs and perhaps cores, so the tired old song and dance of "are you running all the latest firmware revisions for your system" might apply.
