There are some templates in sam kernel configuration to create a kernel for databases. Do you think you can get some more information ?

These are fairly normal parms, imho, for a N-4000-55 with 32GB of memory...

Our systems are not huge, but we tune for growth. Here is some sample output. It is not the bible, its something to think about.
I would warn you that A D320 is not very fast and can't really handle massive databases. I have one in my basement(because nobody else wanted it when we obsoleted it). It can effectively run Oracle but due to limits in memory capacity can't effectively run really huge databases.
