largefiles on NFS filesystem

Hi,
System: N4000
OS: HP-UX 11.0

I mounted via NFS a filesystem vxfs, enabled to largefiles.
i.e. on machine who exports FS
# fsadm -v /dev/vgxx/rlvolx
# largefiles
#nomulifsets

If I launch "prealloc t 3000000000" I get an error:
nfs3_getattr_otw: EOVERFLOW

# nfsstat -m
# Flags: vers=3,proto=udp,auth=unix,hard,intr,link,symlink,devs,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,retrans=5
Lookups: srtt= 58 (145ms), dev= 50 (250ms), cur= 32 (640ms)
Reads: srtt= 2 ( 5ms), dev= 2 ( 10ms), cur= 1 ( 20ms)
All: srtt= 57 (142ms), dev= 50 (250ms), cur= 32 (640ms)

TIA,
Marco

Re: largefiles on NFS filesystem

After enabling the largefiles option on the server the file system needs to be re-exported and then re-mounted. Was this done?

Best regards...
Dietmar.
