Hi,

Where can I download model script (id 268) for this printer? What are the steps to install it?

Right now we are using model script 261 which is the model script for lj 8100 printer.

We are having intermittent problem like partial printing, connection reset etc... . We are wondering it could be because of model script.

We are using Jet admin . Is it mandatory to upgrade to Jetdirect printer installer software because jetadmin got obsoleted?

Hi Raj,
What is your OS version?
In hppi I can see option number 4.

Spooler:
1) Add printer to local spooler
2) Delete printer from local spooler
3) Modify existing spooler queue(s)
4) Install New Model Script
5) Remove Model Script

?) Help q) Quit

hppi is available from Jetdirect printer installer.

We are using Jetadmin.
