What is the Latest Sam Patch for a HP-UX L Class
machine running HP-UX 11.0 and can someone give me directions on installing PDC Firmware from tape.

If you are looking for the latest Cumulative SAM/ObAM patch for 11.0, it is - PHCO_23876. This was included in the latest patch bundles.
