Latest Sendmail patch.....

Hi all

I have been audited on my systems and I am told that Sendmail needs to be patched. Right now I am running version 8.9.3. According to sabains Oxley, Sendmail has a buffer overflow vulnerability which will allow an attacker to execute arbitrary commands with admin priviledges on a host.

Does anyone out there know of a particular pacth I can install right away ?
