You can install 11.23 depot in 11.22 systems, try installing. 11.22 depots are not available anymore.

The support tools (online diagnostics and monitors) are distributed on the Core-OS DVD for 11i V1.6. When the HP-UX 11i V1.6 operating system is installed, the support tools are automatically installed.

The offline diagnostics are distributed on CD-ROMs which are shipped with HP-UX 11i V1.6 computers.

If you have the original release of HP-UX 11i V1.6 already installed, you can update the diagnostics from the Core-OS DVD. When you are updating the Core-OS, you will be prompted whether to update the diagnostics.

AFAIK, 11i v1.6 (11.22) end of support was 10/31/05 (see http://www.hp.com/softwarereleases/releases-media2/history/slide2.html ), so don't expect a lot of updates.

Latest diagnostic version was STM B.32.00 (Jun 02) and is also unsupported now.

Why not think about an update to 11i v2?

You can use 11.23 version with 11.22 itself. Try out and get back if you find any problem.

There is no updated version of OnlineDiags for 11.22. 11.22 is no longer supported, nor is the OnlineDiags for it (B.32.00). I'm not aware of anywhere to download B.32.00 from on the HP site.

I would strongly advise against running an 11.23 version of OnlineDiags on 11.22. It is certainly not supported, and if anything goes wrong you're on your own. I'd view that as an irresponsible suggestion.

What is the reason that you are still running 11.22 rather than updating to 11.23?
