One of your disks or cable is dying.

Check from an ioscan output..

ioscan -fnCdisk

Re: lbolt message found

The most important bit of data is the 'dev'. The first two hex digits identify the major devive number. The next two hex digits identify the instance or controller (The 'c' part); the next hex digit is the SCSI ID or target - the 't' part; the next hex digit identifies the LUN - the 'd' part and the remaining hex digits are driver specific.

e.g. cb00e002 cb(hex) = 203(decimal); lsdev indicates that 203 is 'sctl' the SCSI pass-thru driver. 00 - c0; e - te 0 - d0; the remaining digits are devive driver dependent.

You need to look for devives for sctl (203) that are c0ted0. Because another device decodes as c0tfd0, this looks like a problem on the c0 bus -- possibly cabling or termination or the controller itself.

Re: lbolt message found

Hi,
Pls check for SCSI Terminations and SCSI disks healths.
Also i feel there is a patch for lbolt errors.PLs search it as per your O.S.
What is the syslog output.
If EMS is installed the syslog will have the message which you will have to type at the command prompt and you will get the address of the corresponding problematic device.
The message will be like
/opt/resmon.... -M value ...

Re: lbolt message found

Use this: dev: cb032002

ll /dev/dsk | grep 32002

This will show you possible devices that may be having trouble.

Re: lbolt message found

Hi,
the lbolt number indicates a moment in time - I think it is the number of clocktics since last boot. At that time there was a problem with disk /dev/dsk/c3t2d0
You better check that disk. For a fast check, try:
# vgdisplay -v | grep stale
if any line appears, you definitely have a hardware problem.
