LDAP-UX With AD 2008 , Can "SU" but can't login

I can use command "su" to change ID to a AD user. But just can't login with that AD user.

Just can see the error message : incorrect login

Please post pam configuration.

Patching may be required on the Windows and the HP-UX side.

Check and post relevant entries from /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Check windows event log.
