LDAPUX client integration with AD2003 R2

Ldap ux client is ready to be used on Active directory when ms sfu is implemented. What about the new AD 2003 R2 (has rfc2307 attributes implemented)

Does someone has already any experiences with this?

Shalom,

We are experimenting with this right now. The documentation from http://docs.hp.com is complete. Most of the required changes are with the Windows environment. SFU makes it easier and even supports NIS.

Re: LDAPUX client integration with AD2003 R2

Steven,

Thanks for the quick reply.
Am I correct:
Your LDAP is an Active Directory 2003 R2 (with the RFC 2307 attributes added), and you still implemented the MS SFU scheme changes to your AD?
As far as I understood: the RFC2307 attributes in R2 are not the same as the SFU attributes

Some xtra clarifications:
we want to configure our ldap ux client to use AD 2003 R2 without the SFU scheme extensions but with the rfc 2307 scheme as implemented by microsoft
