Legato Networker 6.1.1 on HP-UX 11.11
We just cold-installed our O/S system to 11i on the T600, and upgraded the Legato software to 6.1.1.
Since then, whenever we run the Legato backup on the split mirrorred disks, the system response time becomes sluggish like night and day.
The mirrorred disks reside on the SCSI HP-PB bus.
Wonder if anyone has encountered similar problems with Networker 6.1.1?
Thanks
Bach

6.1.1 seems to run just fine on our 11i machines...
Hope it helps.

It runs fine on our servers also. Try reinstalling the networker client or if you are backing up over an lan make sure it is set to 100 full duplex.

Re: Legato Networker 6.1.1 on HP-UX 11.11
Yes, the lan is set at 100 full-duplex. Per HP, the problem might be the mirrorred disks, that we try to do the backup on, connects to a slower bus (HP-PB).
But the thing is it has been set up this way before the upgrade of the O/S and the Networker... and it worked just fine.
