I'm not sure I understand your question. Legato is issuing a mount request looking for a tape that can be written to (i.e. it's in the correct pool, it's not protected, etc.). As soon as you mount the tape, Legato should continue on.

Taking a stab in the dark.
The pool called default has no more media available in it that can be used for backup purposes.
You need to put some more tapes into the default pool.
I have no idea how Legato works but maybe the tapes that are in the pool are all full, or the backup being done can't write to the tapes in that pool because only backups with the same expiry period can be appended on the same tape.
Whatever way you look at it, add more empty tapes to the pool.
