libdcekt.a

I have a developer that needs libdcekt.a. What fileset is this library in and which cd does it come on? Is DCE/9000 a separate product?

That file comes in the PHSS_20446 patch, which lists the PHSS_20444 and PHKL_17709 patches as dependencies. PHKL_17709, in turn, has been replaced by PHCO_19666 which probably has other dependencies....
