license upgrade

Hi,

I have a B1000 workstation still running HP-UX 10.20. If I want to upgrade to version 11.00. Is this free or charge or I need to purchase a separate license.

If you are under a maintenace contract then this is a free upgrade.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
