SolutionThe best way would most likely be to set the user up with a 'rsh' shell. You could also most make the use of 'chroot' as well.

I think what Harry is subtlely referring to is your points assigning activity level (check your profile at http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/UserProfile/1,,CA674812!1,00.html -- 16 of 59 replies assigned points). Even assigning n/a where appropriate would help your standing.
Your message about having trouble with the assign points button was pointed out to me. I checked and found that everything appears fine. It may be that you simply need to verify that you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you will not see the blue "assign points" button above replies. Instead, you will see the term "unassigned". So, if you login and come back to this thread, the blue buttons should appear. If they don't, hit your refresh button.
And please don't be offended by Harry's points policing -- I think he means well. :)
