Experts,
We are in the process of moving K570 into RP4440.
3 line printers, 1 is parallel and 2 serial connections to K570.
I attached those 3 printers with HP JetDirect 170x. Setup RP4440 printers, they all printed alright.
here are the problems we have. When we need to print checks or invoices from the ERP applications, there is a question: "Is the form aligned corrected", you have to answer Yes or No before you can go to the next, but the application in RP4440 won't print any thing until you answer all the questions, then it printed all the checks or invoices.
Someone suggested to use Digi PrintServer TS4. Do you have any experiences with this device?
Their website digi.com indicated that will work under HP-UX platform.

>> there is a question: "Is the form aligned corrected",
This has nothing to do with HP-UX or the JetDirect 170x. Contact your ERP application vendor and ask them how to suppress the forms message. The HP-UX spooler never interacts with a user. The Digi printserver will not change the results except you will lose all the diagnostic capability of the HP JetDirect products.
