Line Width of a Memory module
Hi,
How can I determine the Line Width of a memory? (Part number: A5798A and A5797A) This memory is for the RP5470 server.
Thanks,
Karl

Re: Line Width of a Memory module
Hi,
I suppose by length you mean to say size of the modules. Check it here.

Re: Line Width of a Memory module
Hi Devender,
Sorry for the short description in my original message. Im talking about the "micron line width". Like for example, the CPU has 0.18 micron line width. I want to know about the memory since it is also classified as an IC (Integrated Circuit).
This information is required by our bureau of costums in order for our imported memory and CPU to be released from costums.
Thanks.
Karl

Re: Line Width of a Memory module
Hi Karl,
I am not very familiar with these electronic terms & after a lot of googling found this link. Just have a look
http://www.electronicstalk.com/indexes/categorybrowseam03.html
But I do not think this will work as the supplier has full right to use any chip in his same modules.
HTH,
Devender
