List contents of directory (ll command)

Normally, if the modification time is less than 6 months prior, the hour:min
will be displayed; if more than 6 months prior, the year replaces the hour:min.
Is there any option available that can force the time of last modification to
display the year, in all cases.

i don't think so, but if there is, it would be in the man page for ls
