List of patches reqd for Oracle 10g on HP-UX 11iV2

Hello,

The configuration of our platform is:

* HP rx7620 based Integrity servers in cluster configuration with Serviceguard
* Storage provided by EVA3K
* HP-UX version being used is HP-UX 11.23 (HP-UX 11iV2)
* HP-UX Foundation Operating Environment Component. Version B11.23.0409 ( HPUX11i-OE)
* LVM & VxFS
* Exactly same configuration in fallback model
* Current Oracle version on this platform is 9.2.0.7
* Oracle dataguard between live and fallback sites


There is plan to upgrade the Oracle version from 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.3 (Oracle 10g Rel 2).

Wanted to know what all patches are required on HP-UX platform with the given configuration for upgrading to Oracle 10g.

Have you checked to Oracle Installation guides? The Oracle docs usually have some sort of patch list for the various OS's they support.

The caveat is that the patches are usually old and have been superseded a few times, but if you download the latest versions of the patches they recommend you should be OK.

I see you mention Oracle 9.2.0.7 -- Are you sure that version of "officially" supported by Oracle on 11.23 on an Itanium machine?
